Sock Monkey 1st Birthday Cake~

 What have I been up to this week?  ....Just monkeying around!!  ;))

 I made my first sock monkey cake a few months ago and these little guys have definitely found a place in my heart!!  xo

How cool is it that sock monkeys have become popular again?!
I remember when I was little, my brothers had them and I'm pretty sure someone in our family made them... out of socks...yep, that's how they use to do it!

On to little Connor's 1st Birthday Party~ A Sock Monkey theme!
 I loved this cake so much that I kinda just stood in the woman's kitchen, after dropping it off to her, staring sadly at the cake! I'm so wierd but I hate the thought of a sharp knife ruining in 2 seconds what took me hours to create. Especially the cute, little, innocent monkey!!! 
I didn't take the monkey cake and run... but I thought about it!! ;))
